Guest Designer at Sweet Stamps - Christmas with Parchment

Hi everyone, well it's an honour to say that I have been chosen to be a Guest Designer over at
Sweet Stamps....love their stamps as they stamp with crisp and clean lines....
This is my first attempt at using parchment, which as you can see, turns white in the areas where the embossing folder has pushed into the parchment ...I just ran it through the big shot, dont' have the patience to do it by hand, and surprisingly it worked....I then added some bling, and stickles, but be aware the stickles makes the parchment bubble...the paper is from Kaisercraft and the stamps I used were:  Christmas Rose Candle and the sentiment stamp Merry Christmas...
I stamp the image on the back and coloured with my promarkers from the back also, then flipped it over and there you have it...hope you like it...
so hop on over to Sweet Stamps and check it out....
Blessings Hilde

What a gorgeous mix of traditional and modern elements. The main candle image is very traditional, and then the gorgeous modern papers and peels offs. Lovely Christmas card.
