It's the Squirrel and the Fox time again, Yippee.
WOW! What can I say, we got to play with some AMAZING images from Make it crafty.
We just had Australia Day on Thursday, which is our national day and we do all things Aussie, even though a wet day here in Sydney, most people still managed to make the best of it.
Well, if you are wondering what I used to colour this pic, here it goes.
I love, love, love Glimmermist, where has it been hiding all my life?? I liberally sprayed glimmermist all over the place and somehow it ended up in the right places, you can see some overspray, but that is part of the appeal. I then used a water filled paint brushes and used some glimmer mist for some targeted water colour affects and then did the detailing with some of my promarkers.
This picture is actually two digis combined. You can purchase both seperately.
Check out the other cards from the DT, they all did such a wonderful job with theirs...amazingly talented ladies. Awesome. And for those of you who have never been to the outback of Australia, that red-orange is the actual colour of the sandy loamy type soil and the rock can even change to purple with the right conditions. This huge monolith smack bang in the middle of Australia is known as Ulluru. And well I don't think I need to tell you anything about the cute Koala's. Hope you like my arty approach to the challenge.
Now I can't wait to check out your projects.
